Bart McQueary Instrumental in Peek’s Resignation

=Press Release=

6/30/07

As reported by The Advocate-Messenger, former Danville police chief Jeff Peek has

quit his job as Somerset police chief after only two months. The reason according

to Peek was that he was told that he would have a free hand before he was hired.

Then after being hired, Somerset Mayor Eddie Girdler put him on a tight leash.

What happened in that period of time to bring about such a change?

Shortly after the Danville newspaper reported the Peek would be quitting to go to

Somerset, Harrodsburg resident Bart McQueary wrote a letter to the Mayor of Somerset.

In this letter he explained to Girdler the way Peek ran the Danville police department.

This is the same Jeff Peek who would do nothing when his police officers repeatedly

threatened Bart McQueary with arrest for peacefully picketing on the Danville sidewalks.

A letter from ACLU general counsel David Freidman threatening a lawsuit helped Peek

to see the light.

Then when McQueary informed the police department that he would be demonstrating

at the city’s parade celebrating 9/11, Peek sent him a letter in which he implied

that Bart would be arrested. In particular, Peek alluded to KRS 525.110, which makes

it a crime to desecrate the state or national flag. In his demonstration McQueary

stated that he would fly the American flag upside down and/or trample on it.

This time a letter was sent to city attorney Ed Hays from the ACLU making it very

clear that if Bart was arrested or harassed by police that a federal lawsuit would

be filed against the City of Danville.

These and other violations of the Constitution were outlined for Mayor Girdler in

the letter. McQueary received no response from Girdler and therefore assumed that

his letter would be tossed to the side. However, the words from Peek and Girdler

make it very clear that after investigating this, the mayor realized that giving

Peek unchecked control of the department was a legal powder keg waiting to explode.

“This is a real mayor that we are talking about here,” said McQueary. “The now former

Mayor of Danville was a buffoonish man who gets down in the floor and plays with

toy trains. I’m serious- I do not make this stuff up!”

“It is nothing but good for the City of Somerset that Peek is gone,” added McQueary.

“Hopefully he will get a job as a security guard at some factory or something. Or

maybe driving one of those snack machine trucks.”

McQueary recently challenged the state’s funeral picketing law. He scored a victory

in federal court when a Judge Karen Caldwell ruled that the law was unconstitutional.

May 3, 2007:

Wow! It has been a long time since I updated. I know a lot of you must be worried that one of those rotten peaches got me. Hehe. No I have just been spending a lot of time outside now that it has finally gotten warm. Many of you may have seen my award winning garden featured in the Danville propaganda rag that calls itself The Advocate-Messenger. In case you missed the article, here is a link to it: http://www.amnews.com/public_html/?module=displaystory&story_id=30334&format=html

Well it would seem that old Darlene Peach Dedman got her a new home in the Lexington Federal Prison. Now she is close enough that her highly intelligent and very literate son, John Michael Peach can come and see her. Maybe he will print out a copy of my email to him and send it to her. Together they might be able to take a couple of hours and figure out what some of those big words mean. J

I think that the people of Danville are starting to realize that Judge Darren Peckler may be the absolute worst judge to ever sit on a bench anywhere, in any jurisdiction. It would seem that his legacy of incompetence goes back many years. The people of Mercer and Boyle Counties proved that they are of inconceivable ignorance when they re-elected this fool. I almost feel like that the people got what they have coming to them.

This excellent letter was sent by me to the editor of the Harrodsburg Herald, wimpy Chris Freeman. In it I tell everyone how we can prevent another Virginia Tech massacre as well as all of these workplace massacres.  Check it out:

Dear Editor,

Now that some nut has went on the rampage again and killed a bunch of unarmed people,

congress is going to be pressured to tighten gun control laws. The idea here is

that if you make it harder for people to get guns then things like this won't

happen.

To this I say poppycock!

What we need in this country is MORE guns! I dare say that things would have turned

out a little bit differently at Virginia Tech if every single student and faculty

member was packing a pistol. Oh yeah he may have gotten one maybe even two people,

but there is no way he would have killed 32 people who were packing heat!

When we make these stupid gun control laws, we basically make peaceful, law-abiding

citizens sitting ducks for the crazies out there. We need to return to the days

of every single citizen of the United States with a pistol on their side. This should

be everywhere: high schools, airplanes, the workplace and even courthouses. Conceal

and carry permits? Nonsense! Everybody gets a gun including convicted felons. Only

those who are incarcerated or not real Americans would be exempt.

You would see the crime rates drop dramatically and these school massacres and workplace

massacres would become a thing of the past.

I urge all of you to contact your lawmakers and demand that they make it mandatory

for all Americans age 13 and over to own and wear a firearm in public at all times.

There should be a fund set up for those who cannot afford to buy a firearm. This

would save taxpayers in the long run because fewer police would be needed, along

with fewer prisons and jails.

I say that it is time to once again make America a masculine country full of people

who are capable of taking care of themselves.

With Kindest Regards,

Bart McQueary

Of course this is just common sense. People who commit violent acts against others select victims who are helpless. If someone came into your place of work right now and started shooting people, what would you do? If you could, you would call the police. Why? BECAUSE THE POLICE HAVE GUNS! If everyone in your workplace had their OWN gun, the only reason why you would need to call the police is to have them get the dead body out of there after the damned fool was filled with about 30 holes!

Hey what’s up with this postal worker who pled guilty in federal court to stealing mail? Why is this the first that we have heard of this? That goofy Tony Shirley tries to make off with some cold medicine and it is front page news. Then you have this postal worker stealing packages and money and we have to find out by a letter to the editor. What’s going on here?

Sometimes I feel like I’m the only sane person in this town. Everyone around me is suffering from some form of insanity.

Well that’s the deal, that’s what’s going on. Be sure to hit me up on my MySpace page at http://www.myspace.com/bartmcqueary or visit the forums to talk about Dedman, guns, or anything else in the news. I’ll try to get back around to this site a little bit sooner than I did. Sorry for the delay.

March 24, 2007:

ßDarlene Peach Dedman returned to Kentucky earlier this month after spending some time in a Texas federal prison to have some work done on her old broken down legs. The 42 year old Dedman was brought to the Fayette County Jail after being moved to Lexington from Nashville.

No one is saying why the 5’4, 130 pound convicted thief is back in Lexington, but many people have speculated that it has something to do with her current case. A spokesperson at the Federal Courthouse in Lexington confirmed that Dedman had no new charges pending.

Dedman was convicted for her participation in a sham marriage in which she defrauded the Veteran’s Administration out of some old WWII Marine’s benefits. She is not eligible for release until November 17, 2008 according to the Bureau of Prisons.

BartMcQueary.com will keep you posted as this story develops. Be sure to read the kind email from Darlene’s son, John Michael Peach.

Dear John,

Thank you very much for your comments. It is always good to hear from my readers and I am glad that you consider me your pal.

Is your mother settling in okay there in that Texas federal prison? I certainly hope that she is because she still has quite a bit of time left.

As for you, I am glad that you are getting an education there at EKU. Your sentence structure as well as grammar is horrible! Just a tip, but you should always capitalize "I". Also, a primer in run-on sentences and paragraph structure seems to be in order.

You are correct that slander and libel are actions in which a civil remedy can be sought. However, you might not fully understand what constitutes these torts. Slander is the spoken word whereas libel is the written word. You seem to believe my comment that your mother is a bitch and/or a super bitch constitutes slander and/or libel. I strongly disagree.

Name calling such as calling someone a bitch, asshole, bastard, motherfucker, and so forth falls under opinion. Also, you should be advised that truth is an automatic defense for slander/libel. Your mother's reputation is, shall we say, "soiled" by her shenanigans.

Webster's Dictionary defines a bitch as "Slang - a malicious, unpleasant, selfish person, esp. a woman".

The American Heritage Dictionary gives the definition as "A woman considered to be spiteful or overbearing."

WordNet defines it as "A woman who is thoroughly disliked," and lists it as a synonym for "cunt".

Keep in mind the burden of proof in a civil action is on the plaintiff. It would be interesting to see your mother prove to a jury of 12 Mercer County citizens that none of the above apply to her.

To answer your question, my point on BartMcQueary.com has always been to give my opinion on the local scene. You certainly have the right to your opinion; I have the right to mine.

With all of that in mind, your mother would have to be the one to file suit. That's going to be sort of hard with her sitting behind bars at a federal prison in Texas. However, the statute of limitations on a civil case such as this is two years. So when she does get out, she is certainly free to file a civil action against me.

Since you are kind enough to make a suggestion to me, allow me to make one to you. I'd suggest that she take the thousands of dollars that it would cost to sue me (and ultimately lose) and put it towards her restitution to the federal government.

With Kindest Regards,

Bart McQueary

Robbie Adkinson who conspired with that maniac Chris Edwards to have me arrested now sits in prison a pauper. Her personal property sold at public auction. Humiliating. Sources tell me that she broke down crying like a little baby as her personal property was sold. What was once one of the prominent families in Mercer County now sits broken. Robbie and Gary are now the joke of the community. All the people that they bullied throughout years now laugh and mock them. Common criminals. Nothing more. The name of Adkinson is now synonymous with mud.

I went and saw Hannibal Rising last night. I was pretty impressed with how true to the book it stayed. What was even more impressive was how the young actor Gaspard Ulliel apparently spent much time watching Anthony Hopkins. The younger Hannibal Lecter has all of the mannerisms and movements of Hopkins interpretation. It’s no Lambs and there will never be another Lambs, but it is still a good movie.

How about this Tony Shirley deal? The manager of Kroger is under extreme pressure from those goofy Methodists. It would seem that they want the charges dropped. The reason for this is that “he has been punished enough”. To this I say poppycock! Kroger has a zero tolerance policy for shoplifting. If they don’t prosecute Shirley, then they have no moral grounds to prosecute anyone else. I say, let a jury of six people decide this!

HARRODSBURG HERALD PROVES ITSELF A POORLY WRITTEN PROPAGANDA RAG

Two weeks ago, Bart McQueary put his foot down and stopped the P&Z from conspiring with the City Commission and passing an unconstitutional law that would prevent citizens from posting political signs in their own yards. Faced with the certainty of a federal lawsuit, Shawn Moore and his supporters backed down.

This week, The Harrodsburg Herald on the front page helps the “clean-up crew” sanitize the situation by making it look like dim-witted Shawn Moore came to the conclusion to delete this ordinance on his own. The truth is that had Bart McQueary not called them down on this, it would have been passed into law.

Then, on down the page, the paper reminds us that Jimmy Crews has a murder trial on Monday. There we learn that Crews is represented by that well known attorney “George Elmers”! Funny, the last time I was in court watching, Crews was represented by Elmer George of Lebanon. That makes the second time we have heard about this “George Elmers” from those Lois Lanes down at the Herald.

By the front page alone, the Herald proved that it is a poorly written propaganda rag full of errors. Many 13 year old boys have better written blogs on Myspace! It is only good for lining bird cages, mulch, and doing windows and due to its content, should not be read by anyone.

Mayor Pro-Tem Eddie Long

Shawn Moore

Dear Friends,

As I read the article in this week’s Harrodsburg Herald concerning the proposed political sign ordinance, I was left with one question: What country do you people think you are living in?

As of this moment, consider the ordinance as it currently stands vetoed.

The City of Harrodsburg and the P&Z has no right tell me when I can and cannot post a political sign in my yard. I don’t care if it is thirty or thirty-thousand days before or after an election. I will exercise my freedom of speech and post a political sign ANYTIME I please on my property.

Secondly, if you limit the size of political signs then you MUST limit the size of all other yard signs including for sale and auction signs. I know that I see auction signs much bigger than 2’x2’ or 4’x4’. You cannot single out political signs and place a size limitation on them. Think “content neutral”.

I have warned you as is my custom. If this law passes as written, I will immediately and without further warning contact my ACLU attorneys to begin litigation against the City of Harrodsburg in federal court. This and the expense that it will bring can be easily avoided by simply putting this matter to rest.

Your cooperation is both appreciated and expected.

With Kindest Regards,

Bart McQueary

Subject: Post 2 Contact via Kentucky State Police Website

Captain Gannon,

It may be of interest to you that an Earlington police officer is impersonating a Kentucky State Police trooper online.

On December 25, 2006, I received the email below. Clearly this originated from the official website of the City of Earlington. There can be no doubt that it was sent on the account of one Chris Proctor. You will note that he signs his email as KSP Trooper.

While researching Mr. Proctor online, I discovered that he worked for the Earlington Police Department. I called the EPD and spoke with the dispatcher who informed me that Officer Proctor was a city police officer and not a State Trooper. I feel at the very least that Officer Proctor should be warned not to do this.

By impersonating a State Trooper in an email in which he lashes out at a citizen for expressing themselves gives the KSP a very poor image. He also calls me a criminal and threatens to arrest me, all of this under the guise of a Kentucky State Trooper. If I sent out emails claiming to be a State Trooper, I would very soon find myself behind bars. I think that this warrants an investigation to determine if he has made a habit of doing this to other people.

With Kindest Regards,

Bart McQueary

Mr. Mcqueary,

You may be an educated man, but you can not tell that from your ignorant comments. You seem like you know so much information about the events of what happen to Trooper Leonard, and  what law enforcement does do and are supposed to do. Just because you received a Bachlor of science does not make you an expert in traffic laws or the KSP policy and procedure. I am not trying to justify Trooper Leonard's action on 12-19-2006 at approx. 1820 hrs. because I was not there. Trooper Leonard is not a hero because he was involved in a traffic accident and died. Trooper Leonard IS A HERO for everything he did while he was a Trooper when he lived. Trooper Leonard did not become a hero when he died, he was a hero to many people when he lived. I'm sure if you would have really needed him he would have been your hero too. It is obvious that the experiences you have had with law enforcement have not been very pleasant, but some times we have to handle criminals like yourself. So you can keep on writing your ignorant comments because that's what you do. And we will keep on protecting the public and arresting people like you, because that is what we do.

                                                                                                                                                                                                 KSP Trooper

Dead State Trooper is No Hero!

http://www.kentucky.com/mld/kentucky/16285879.htm

1) It is against the law in Kentucky not to wear a seatbelt. He might be alive today if he had it on. No cops ever wear them, but they will sure as hell write you a ticket if they stop you without one on. And now they can stop you for not wearing your seatbelt. Will they ticket each other?

2) It is illegal to make a U-turn in Kentucky.

3) Police must abide by the traffic laws unless they are responding to an emergency call AND THEN they must activate their emergency equipment!

If Mr. Sisko dies, I hope that his family files a wrongful death lawsuit against the KSP. Meanwhile, Trooper Leonard should be thrown unceremoniously into an unmarked grave.

Feel free to discuss this on my message board.

COMPTON FAILS TO COMPLY

TO BE SUED IN CIRCUIT COURT

In a telephone interview with Mercer County Judge Executive John Trisler, Bart McQueary learned that Ronnie Compton did not comply with the order of the fiscal court to rehire JoEllen Horn. Compton was given until Friday to comply and he did not according to Judge Trisler. Ergo Mercer County Attorney Doug Greenburg has begun the process of suing Compton to force him to comply with the judge’s order.

“He’s working on it right now,” said John Trisler.

Ronnie Compton’s problems began in 2005 when he would not listen to reason when Bart McQueary approached him regarding his charging fifty-cents per copy for public records. McQueary was granted a decision from the attorney general’s office that stated Compton could charge only a dime per page. The problems escalated when over $10,000 was found missing from his office in a 2005 audit. Compton soon thereafter fired JoEllen Horn, a 23 year employee. He lost his re-election bid to Chris Horn.

There is also a Kentucky State Police investigation into the missing money, which Compton still has not paid the fiscal court.

This is why I don’t hire military people.

First, they are most likely racist or sexist or major religious zealots. (Potential Major Workplace Lawsuit)

Second, most are violent since studies show military people have a higher rate of abusing their children and spouse. Military people are a danger in the workplace.

Third, almost all the ones coming back from deployment have untreated PTSD and the machismo in the military paints a bad stigma on people going to get psychological help. That and the military will kick a person out of the military for mental problems and they will lose all benefits, pension and retirement.

So they are a ticking time bomb, a very serious hazard in the work place as history has shown. And a very big liability and potential lawsuit.

Fourth, National Guard and Reserves go away with little notice and for long periods of time. If I'm running a business, I can't afford to have people not there most of the time not doing their job. I hire and pay people to show up to work and produce for the company, not disappear for long periods and not be productive.

Fifth, most military have bad attitudes and can't work in teams and interact with a diverse group of customers and clients. Their idea of teamwork is yelling and ordering people around. Well, that may work in the military with indentured servants but not in the civilized world.

Sixth, most are intolerant towards people from other cultures and they are myopic and uneducated in their global view.

Seventh, most have been exposed to toxic chemicals, diseases and/or have STDs. Their health problems raise health insurance costs for the company and the premiums for employees.

Eighth, there is a higher rate of pedophiles and child rapists and military members committing incest in the military than in the civilian world. The military likes to keep those types of statistics very quiet.

Ninth, there is a natural psychological barrier that prevents people from killing another person. But as soon as you kill someone, that barrier is gone and it makes it very easy for a person to kill again. Most of these troops coming back from Iraq have killed someone and have untreated Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. They are ticking timebombs in the workplace.

Tenth, most of them are undereducated, uneducated and ignorant of the world around them.

I don’t hire military people because of all these reasons and I suggest you don’t hire them either

Bart McQueary congratulates Alvis Johnson (D) on his big win over that goofy kiss-ass Dennis Holiday (R) to became the first African-American elected official in recent Mercer County history. Holiday, a barber, was appointed by his ole buddy Ernie Fletcher at the behest of sourpuss Milward Dedman. He had no experience leading anything.

Alvis Johnson was the coach of one of the top football teams in the state and is respected in the community because of his accomplishments and his good nature. I am happy that the people of Harrodsburg showed the good sense to get rid of Holiday before he could take root up there.

Let’s see what kind of job Johnson can do.

Feel free to discuss this on my message board.

Thank you and namaste.
